The Builder
I’ve always been a builder. Before I worked with bodies, I worked with steel — welding, diving, and forging strength in high-pressure environments. Strength wasn’t just something I trained. It was who I was. I understood systems. I understood structure. I understood how foundations determine outcomes. What I didn’t understand — yet — was how fragile even the strongest body can become.
The Breaking Point
An autoimmune diagnosis stripped me from 160 pounds of muscle to 90 pounds of survival. Hospitalizations. Fainting. Decline management plans. I was told to adapt to limitation. That wasn’t enough. So I approached my body the way I approached steel — I studied the system. I rebuilt from the ground up: Feet. Stability. Nervous system. Movement patterns. Layer by layer. What emerged wasn’t just recovery. It was a new understanding of how movement should be taught.
The System
I traded the welding torch for formal training in Yoga Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Mobility & Functional Stability, and Pelvic Health— with additional certifications in trauma-informed practice and movement rehabilitation. But certifications alone weren’t the answer. I began integrating what traditional fitness often separates: Mobility that builds strength. Strength that transfers to life. Complexity that reflects reality. Stability that creates freedom. That integration became a curriculum. Today, I build Movement Intelligence for Fallen Warriors — a structured system designed for those who’ve been written off, sidelined, or underestimated. This isn’t aesthetic training. It’s capacity training.
